This is our little new home on the www. We are thrilled that you've decided to stop by. Hopefully this space will serve as a little window into both the latest and greatest of our photography work, as well as the wonderful nonsense that makes up our lives. As long as you smile at some point in time during your visit here, you my friend are yet another success story.

This family is an absolute gem. Rockstars. Familia de awesome. Enjoy friends. Because it’s Friday.

This was a fun post. When shooting families with wee little ones, we find ourselves firing the shutter faster than you can say ‘fire the shutter’. It’s a hoot as we end up with a ton of images displaying so many emotions that a newbie can make.  Hence the series collection of this post. (not to mention that a series of images makes for fabulous albums…)

    Incredible! These pictures not only capture the outward beauty of this family, but the love being exchanged between parent and child, husband and wife- so very personal. Thank you for capturing these delightful moments with our precious granddaughter and family - I feel like I was there (pictures are so real - nothing staged or faked). It’s hard to decide which shot is better - they are all great.

Another awesome session tonight. Rob+Jen were incredible. Our job makes people with really awesome jobs think that their job is actually only mediocre. That’s how awesome tonight was.

About time we posted a wedding, eh?

Well…. we are glad you think the same thing. Chad+Liz were our first wedding of the 2009 season (sort of…). We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding to kick off the year.

Party on…. you party people… you.

































Wow. That was probably the most images we’ve had in a post. And you made it the entire way. You deserve a chocolate cake.

Congrats Chad+Liz! You two are incredible. Cheers to you both and the adventure that awaits you on the horizon.

2008 was ridiculous. Our first year doing this here photography gig was more fun (also read crazy, risky, adventurous and just down right awesome) than you could shake a stick at. The following is just a quick snapshot of what it’s like to run around with us-cameras in hand.

the world’s game.

(a lil’ snap from our night at the Sounders game…)

fútbol. football. soccer. Call it whatever you want. What I love about this beautiful game is that it’s not just some 100 year old American past time. Don’t get me wrong… chowin’ down on a chili dog at a baseball game is just down right goodness. But the game of soccer is one that brings together an entire planet unlike anything I’ve ever seen.

Whether you are at your first MLS game, a high school stadium, a little tikes game with 5 year olds running mad, at a EUFA cup match, or the slums of Guatemala–there is a beautiful unity around the game in which anyone can play. No matter who you are, what you look like, or how much money you have.

And that is beautiful.

I suck at soccer. Like so awful my 7 year old niece can show me up. I run from one end of the field to the other and I’m suckin’ wind like a brand new Dyson.

But I will always love this game.

Just wrapped an awesome session with Tony+Susan. They wore these amazingly rockin’ traditional outfits. Soooo good.

Thought we’d throw up a quick few… Whitney was on fire today as usual.

We’re off to the Sounders FC game tonight. I can’t even tell you how excited I am. I’m so excited I’m even going to use two exclamation marks.
